Our Story
In 2020, a serious health crisis forced Dr. Williams into the role of patient. Navigating the healthcare system firsthand reshaped his philosophy of care that sparked a deep commitment to root-caused medicine, prevention, and long-term optimization.
He founded GevityMed to serve individuals and families who want more than reactive care – those seeking clarity, performance and longevity. Known for his thoughtful listening, innovative thinking and steady presence, Dr. Williams partners with high-performing patients to help them feel confident, capable and fully informed on their path towards optimized health.
Dr. Dave Williams, DO
Founder & Medical Director, GevityMed
Dr. Dave Williams is a Minnesota native and third-generation physician who blends high-level clinical expertise with a deeply personal understanding of the patient experience.
A graduate of St. John’s University, he began his medical career as an EMT and went on to thrive in emergency and critical care medicine, where rapid decision-making and complex problem-solving were essential. He developed a bedside ECMO cannulation approach, designed a bedside cardiac arrest algorithm that is still in use, and served as Director of a Cardiac ICU—earning a reputation as a strategic thinker and calm, trusted leader under pressure.

Lucy Sherman
Lucy Sherman brings a strong foundation in business administration operations and client relationship management. A graduate of the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, she combines strategic thinking with a highly personalized approach to service.
Known for her strong communication skills, organizational efficiency, and collaborative leadership style, Lucy is committed to ensuring a seamless, elevated experience for all patients—reflecting the high-touch, relationship-driven model of concierge medicine.
Val Reddy
Medical Laboratory Technician
Val Reddy began her career working alongside resident physicians, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and laboratory medicine. She later expanded her expertise across a variety of laboratory and clinical diagnostic settings, gaining a deep appreciation for the important role accurate testing plays in supporting informed, personalized care.
Val enjoys building relationships with patients and providers and values the opportunity to contribute to a more personal, accessible healthcare experience. She is committed to providing compassionate service and maintaining the highest standards of laboratory quality and accuracy, helping ensure every patient feels supported and confident in their care.
Tommy Olsen, DC
We are proud to partner with Tommy Olsen, Doctor of Chiropractic and founder of Olsen Performance Health. Tommy has extensive experience caring for athletes, executives, and other high-performing individuals. Throughout his career, he has treated patients at every level of competition, including serving as team chiropractor for the Minnesota Vikings and as the full-time team chiropractor for the Philadelphia Eagles, culminating in a Super Bowl LIX championship.
Tommy takes a personalized approach to care that combines hands-on treatment, targeted rehabilitation, exercise, and evidence-based strategies to help patients recover from injury, optimize performance, and stay active for the long term. He values strong patient relationships and believes the best outcomes are achieved through a collaborative partnership between patient and provider. Through his collaboration with GevityMed, Tommy expands the continuum of personalized care available to patients, bringing specialized musculoskeletal expertise and performance-focused treatment to complement GevityMed’s comprehensive approach to long-term health and wellness.
